We're a British owned, family run ranch in the small town of Winnsboro in North East Texas.
We specialize in grass fed lamb, rare breed chicken, heritage turkey, quail and peafowl, alongside seasonal produce, jellies and jams!
You can find us from time to time at the Winnsboro Farmers Market on Saturdays.
We raise the 'queen of chicken', American Bresse, renown for their marbled meat and exquisite taste.
Alongside oven ready birds, we sell hatching eggs, day old chicks and young pullets. We are NPIP certified, and never use antibiotics.
Our seasonal produce is grown completely organically, we utilize companion planting as the only form of pest control. Our salad and vegetables may sometimes look a little wonky, but rest assured, they taste of sunshine and there's not a chemical in sight.
As British sheep farmers, animal welfare is our highest priority. We raise grass fed lamb for the table and have a fiber flock of Shetland Sheep, whose fleece is used for 'vegetarian' sheepskin rugs and felting projects.
Lamb boxes are available on request, as is raw wool.
